Requirements
- Possess basic accounting knowledge and bookkeeping skills
- Proficient in SQL Accounting System and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations
- Maintain full set of accounts using SQL Accounting System
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Update and maintain accounting records in Excel spreadsheets
- Prepare monthly management reports for review
- Assist in payroll data preparation when required
- Ensure all accounting documents are properly filed and organized
- Support audit activities and ad-hoc assignments from management
