Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Kiranamaz Property WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Post- Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably specialized in Quantity Surveying of equivalent.

• Fresh Grads are welcomed to apply.

• Full- Time position(s) available.

• 5 working days schedule.

1. Pre-Contract Stage

• Execute in Pre & Post Contract Admin entailing pre-planning, cost estimation, tendering, valuation, budgeting and cost control monitoring

• Execute on take off quantities, preparation of BQ, selection of materials, tendering & costs analysis, certifications, V.O & final account.

• Preparation of project budget, report and tenders, and certifications of claims for payments.

• Assist in coordination of procurement exercise, which include calling of tender, review tender report, attend tender interview, negotiate and finalise award.

2. Post Contract Stage

• Handling progress claims and progress payment.

• Review quotation or claim for variation works submitted by contractors.

• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers.

• Monitor site valuation / measurement.
