Full Time Finance Administrator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan Recruit Express WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Strong organizational and communication skills

Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to work independently as well as in a team

High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion

6 month contracts (Jul26 - Mid Jan27)

Support daily accounting operations, including data entry, updating receipts, processing payments, and handling routine banking matters

Maintain full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Journal Vouchers (JV), and reconciliations

Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports

Handle statutory submissions such as E-invoice, SST, Stamp Duty, CP22, and CP22A in a timely and accurate manner

Provide administrative support to Finance / Payroll & Singapore Head Office

Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
