Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.

  • 1–3 years sales experience in laboratory equipment, scientific instruments, or B2B technical sales preferred.

  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in scientific sales are encouraged to apply.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to understand basic technical/scientific concepts.

  • Self-motivated with strong drive to achieve sales targets.

  • Willing to travel within assigned territory.

  • Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development for laboratory and analytical solutions.

  • Expand customer base across R&D labs, universities, and industrial sectors.

  • Present and promote scientific instruments and testing equipment.

  • Support application demonstrations and product trials.

  • Manage pricing, quotations, and sales proposals.

  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and key accounts.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, projects, and tenders.

  • Work with technical/service teams for installation and support.

  • Monitor market intelligence and competitor landscape.

  • Ensure accurate CRM updates and monthly reporting.
