Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to support our e-commerce and marketing activities. This role is responsible for creating digital content, social media visuals, short videos, marketplace banners, promotional materials, and marketing assets for online platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a good sense of design, content creation, social media trends, and digital marketing execution.

• Assisting marketing manager

• To monitor online marketing medium such as social network & mobile applications.

• Create digital content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other online channels.

• Design product posters, campaign banners, social media posts, marketplace visuals, and promotional materials.

• Prepare short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and marketplace campaigns.

• To cooperate with other team members to carry out other marketing activities.

• Assist in social media & content management, monitor basic engagement such as comments, messages, likes, shares, and customer enquiries when required.

• Assist prepare marketing plan monthly

• Calling & Follow up client

• Expand market by developing for new customers

• Compile all feedback & marketing intelligence for analysis

• Establish and maintain good relationship with customers

• Minimum 14 annual leave per year, more for senior position
