Job Description

Requirements

  • Manage daily administrative duties and ensure smooth office operations.

  • Update and maintain filing systems, records, and company databases accurately.

  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, invoices, and other documents.

  • Use your organisational skills to handle scheduling and paperwork and digital files efficiently.

  • Communicate fluently in English (Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage).

  • Operate standard office equipment and software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) proficiently.

  • Comfortable speaking on the phone, communicating via online text messages and emails.

  • Proactive in learning digital tools such as AI and productivity software.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to internal and external emails, phone calls, and routine inquiries.

  • Complete all daily data entry and documentation tasks assigned.

  • Proactive in organising office supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating maintenance.

  • Support different departments with daily administrative needs to achieve company goals.
