Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of HR working experience in a related role.

• Knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, labour law, and employee relations is preferred.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to handle confidential information professionally.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

• Independent, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.

• Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR administrative matters.

• Support employee relations, disciplinary matters, and internal communication.

• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices.

• Coordinate training, employee engagement, and HR-related activities.

• Prepare HR reports, manpower updates, and HR operational documentation.

• Liaise with internal departments to support manpower planning and HR initiatives.
