Prepare quotation, invoice and basic documentation
Handle daily admin work and data entry
Coordinate between sales, warehouse and operation teams
Update stock records, delivery schedules and job status
Assist in customer follow-up and internal coordination
Maintain proper filing and documentation system
Support overall office administrative operations
