Full Time Project Manager (Industrial Project) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 12,000 in EPS Ventures Sarawak - Maukerja

Job Summary

Experienced in managing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects within engineering environments, with strong expertise in industrial project execution, stakeholder management, cost control, schedule planning, regulatory compliance, and client relationship management to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and client satisfaction.
• Lead technical and project teams from contract award to successful project execution.
• Manage EPC, design, construction management, and design-build projects.
• Resolve project issues with stakeholders, consultants, authorities, and project owners.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, company ethics, and EHS/DOSH requirements.
• Prepare project schedules and ensure timely project handover.
• Oversee contract execution, including cost control, schedule management, and project profitability.
• Attend and contribute to commercial, technical, design, internal, and site meetings.

Job Requirements

• Open for Malaysian citizen ONLY (Sarawakian more preferred)
• Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction operations, with a focus on building and construction works, HVAC, cleanroom, and process utility systems for industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management in Industrial Projects.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
