Job Description:
- Coordinate with customer care team to prepare and issues invoices, credit notes and debit notes for accounts receivable.
- To prepare the summary reports for oil purchase transactions
- Maintain and update the bank cashbook on a daily basis
- Issue official receipts upon receiving the payments from the debtors
- Prepare and distribute the monthly statement of Accounts to the debtors
- Calculate and process the sales commission to the sales agents.
- To key in the purchase invoices related to oil items in the system
- Perform any other task assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
