Requirements
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin speaking is a must as the role requires supporting many Mandarin-speaking customers.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Fresh graduates and internship candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Provide application support to customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote access.
Troubleshoot issues related to EasySales mobile apps, web portals, and system synchronization.
Record and follow up on customer inquiries, issues, and support requests.
Conduct basic user training and assist customers in using the system.
Escalate technical issues and bugs to the development team when necessary.
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leaders.
