Job Description :

• Perform basic accounting tasks using AutoCount system
• Prepare invoices, debit note and credit note
• Assist in accounts receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding payments
• Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of accounting records
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system (invoices, DO, contracts, etc.)
• Process and coordinate purchase orders (PO), including liaising with suppliers and ensuring timely order placement
• Monitor and track order status, delivery schedules and ensure proper documentation (DO, invoices) are in place
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, operations) to ensure smooth workflow
• Support daily administrative and office operations

Requirements :

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• At least 1–2 years working experience in admin / accounts role
• Knowledge of AutoCount is required
• Basic understanding of accounting (AR / AP)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Responsible, able to multitask and handle multiple assignments

Preferred :

• Experience in trading / construction industry
• Familiar with purchase order / order coordination process
• Familiar with e-invoice system (advantage)

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
