Job Title: Account Assistant

Location: Kota Samarahan, Sarawak
Salary
RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month
(Based on working experience)
Working Hours
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in handling daily accounting operations
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and accounting documentation
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
- Assist with bank reconciliation
- Assist with financial reports and accounting schedules
- Support LHDN e-Invoice related tasks
- Assist with year-end audit preparation
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of accounting or related experience
- Experience in Full set of accounting principles
- Familiar with Master Accounting Software is an advantage
- Familiar with AutoCount Accounting System is an advantage
- Knowledge of LHDN e-Invoice system is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and in a team
