Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Title: Account Assistant

Company: Kim Town Enterprise
Location: Kota Samarahan, Sarawak

Salary

RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month
(Based on working experience)

Working Hours

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling daily accounting operations
  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and accounting documentation
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
  • Assist with bank reconciliation
  • Assist with financial reports and accounting schedules
  • Support LHDN e-Invoice related tasks
  • Assist with year-end audit preparation
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of accounting or related experience
  • Experience in Full set of accounting principles
  • Familiar with Master Accounting Software is an advantage
  • Familiar with AutoCount Accounting System is an advantage
  • Knowledge of LHDN e-Invoice system is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and in a team
