PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:
1)Manage program team execution of orders, contracts, backlog, and facilitate problem resolution across organizations.
2)Analyze potential solutions and provide information required to make appropriate decisions that ensure on time delivery and total customer satisfaction.
3)Coordinate activities with operations, production, accounting, issuing, and shipping to provide a high level of customer care.
4)Monitor and grow established business relationships.
5)Organize efforts professionally to meet day-to-day customer requests and follow up on commitments.
6)Assist Program Manager Leader in the day-to-day management of the assigned accounts, and successfully communicate customer inventory demands to Rapid teams to ensure proper inventory levels.
7)Manage the interfaces between the customers engineering / management teams and Rapid teams to facilitate the introduction of new products.
8)Successfully utilize customers’ portals to manage OOR and other reports.
9)Maintain100% OTD and customer satisfaction.
10)Work closely with Account Manager to assure timely response of all quotation requests aimed to offer competitive pricing utilizing low cost region and quick turn around.
11)Resolve all issues that affect RFQ feedback, quality, delivery, service issue at a high level with customer.
12)Review OOR and manage difficulties with order process. Be able to suggest contracts, Kan-ban, VMI contracts.
13)Manage responsibly the Finished Goods inventory for customers that have some inventory program.
14)Allocate orders to the appropriate production region allowing customer to take full advantage of the low cost region, opportunities and well as quick turn around for prototypes.
15)Oversee all steps involved in managing ECOs and revision changes on current parts.
16)Respond all CNC’s assigned to him/her in a timely manner.
17)Work and develop new projects with in assign account base.
18)Communicate with in assigned account base daily/weekly.
19)Turn in weekly account status update to Program Manager Leader.
20)Create and manage key relationships with selected account base.
21)Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
1) Minimum 5 years experience in sales.
2) Minimum of 3 years experience in managing accounts (OEM’s or CM’s).
3) Leadership experience in sales administration / customer care environment.
4) Knowledge in product development and manufacturing process is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
