Full Time Senior Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in ARMATECHS (M) SDN. BHD. Perak - Maukerja

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, contracts and ensuring effective financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Description

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and cost plans.
• analyze construction contracts and advise on legal and financial implications.
• Manage procument processes and tender documentation.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure competitive prices.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Provide advice on contractual and commercial matters to project stakeholders.
• Evaluate variations in design, specification, and scope of work
• Monitor and report on project financial progress and costs.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial goals are met.
• Review project progress and address financial issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide timely financial reports and updates to relevant parties.
• Conduct cost analysis and cost control
• Continuously seek opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Professional certification such as RICS or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of successful project cost management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
