Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables from customers.
  • Perform daily recording of incoming payments (cash, cheque, online transfer).
  • Apply payments to customer accounts and ensure proper allocation.
  • Reconcile customer accounts regularly and investigate discrepancies.
  • Prepare monthly aging reports and debtors’ statements.
  • Liaise with internal departments and customers to resolve billing issues.
  • Assist in credit control and collection activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of AR records.
  • Support month-end closing activities.
  • Assist in audit processes by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
  • To prepare the commission voucher for credit card collection fees.
  • To monthly close the A/R accounts.
  • To daily update A/R sub-ledger and check the balance in the General Ledger.
  • To answer all queries from suppliers in a professional manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
