Who We’re Looking For

• Fluent in both English and Chinese (able to work with international teams)

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or e-commerce

• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Strong sense of content, culture, and audience (not just performance marketing)

• International exposure or experience is a plus

• Willing to travel frequently (Taiwan / Thailand / China)

Work Setup

• Base: Malaysia KL

• Cross-border collaboration: Taiwan / Singapore / Thailand / China

• Frequent travel required

• Build and define Chill’s brand positioning in Southeast Asia (with focus on SG)

• Plan and execute brand marketing strategies (social, content, campaigns, partnerships)

• Drive e-commerce growth (Shopify, ads, funnels, conversion optimization)

• Collaborate with cross-border teams (Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, China)

• Develop creative campaigns aligned with Chill culture (memes, social experiments, collabs)

• Analyze performance data and continuously optimize marketing outcomes
