Assist to oversee, coordinate and manage the Company’s entire recruitment process including but not limited to advertising, sourcing of candidates, screening, coordinate interview and preparation of offer packages.
Arrange pre-employment medical check-up, work closely with third party service providers on employment reference checks and end to end administrative duties.
Arrange for stamping and proper documentation of employment contracts in compliance with statutory requirements.
Responsible for new employee on-boarding process and update databases for hiring and other staff movement.
Assist in preparation of employees’ offer letter, resignation, and other movements.

Attend to any other matters/and or projects that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
