Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Possess 3-5 years of proven experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar administrative support role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and maintaining sales data.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.

Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail in managing sales documentation, processing orders accurately, and maintaining records.

Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive sales support, including preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

Proven experience in efficient order processing, from initial entry to ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting the sales team and contributing to overall departmental goals.

Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate databases and spreadsheets.

Familiarity with general office procedures and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to the sales team, ensuring efficient daily operations and client satisfaction.

Manage and process customer orders accurately and promptly, from initial receipt through to fulfillment, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate client information, interaction logs, and sales activities to support effective client engagement.

Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses via phone, email, and in person, and escalating issues as needed.

Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation, ensuring all materials are accurate, well-organized, and professionally presented.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to facilitate smooth order processing and resolve any potential issues.

Assist in the coordination of sales meetings, trade shows, and other promotional activities, including logistical arrangements and material preparation.

Manage sales-related correspondence and filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents and information.

Support the sales team in lead generation activities and follow-up, contributing to the expansion of the client base.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis as directed by the sales management to identify new opportunities and trends.
