Position : Senior Finance Executive

Location : 7-1, Jalan Quek Kai Dong, 70200 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

Working Days : Monday - Friday

Working Hours : 9.00AM - 6.00PM

Salary Range : RM3,000 - RM3,500

Job Description

1. Support Financial Planning & Budgeting

- Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic revisions based on business performance.

2. Monthly Financial Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze financial results (P&L, cost variances, outlet performance) and highlight key insights to management.

3. Outlet Performance Monitoring

- Track sales, food cost, labor cost, and profitability at outlet level; identify underperforming locations.

4. Cost Control & Variance Analysis

- Monitor cost drivers (ingredients, wastage, staffing) and investigate variances against budget.

5. Cash Flow Monitoring

- Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts to ensure smooth operations and payments.

6. Inventory & Food Cost Analysis

- Work closely with operations to track inventory movement, minimize wastage, and maintain optimal stock levels.

7. Pricing & Margin Support

- Support pricing analysis and promotion evaluation to ensure profitability is maintained.

8. Business Case & ROI Support

- Assist in financial modeling for new outlets, promotions, or capital expenditure decisions.

9. Financial Systems & Data Management

- Maintain financial data accuracy and support improvements in POS, reporting tools, and dashboards.

10. Compliance & Internal Controls

- Ensure adherence to financial policies, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.

11. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with operations, procurement, and marketing teams to align financial goals with business execution.

12. Ad-hoc Analysis & Management Support

- Provide timely financial insights and analysis for decision-making (e.g., promotions, supplier changes, expansion support).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
