Requirements
Min. 2 years customer service (retail preferred) 至少2年客服经验（零售优先）
Knowledge of eye care / willing to learn 懂眼部护理或愿意学习
Good in English, Malay & Mandarin 熟练中英文及马来文 (Communicate with clients from all races)
Strong communication & sales mindset 良好沟通能力，具销售意识

Five days work 工作5天制
Responsibilities
Reply customer enquiries and follow up leads
回复客户咨询及跟进客户Assist customers with appointment booking
协助客户预约Recommend suitable products and packages
推荐适合客户的产品及配套Support daily retail and customer service operations
协助门店及客户服务工作Provide basic eye wellness service (training provided)
