Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the project team and management.
  • Prepare, organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, correspondence, drawings and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in monitoring project schedules, submissions and approvals.
  • Handle correspondence with clients, consultants, contractor and authorities.
  • Ensure proper filing and record-keeping in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist management in project-related administrative matters.
  • Support site team and management in ensuring smooth project operations.
  • Familiar with project coordination and site administration processes.
  • Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel or attend project sites when required.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or site experience is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google Workspace.
  • Good communication, organizational and documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.
  • Basic understanding of contract forms (PAM, CIDB, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
