Requirements
Responsible for monitoring and updating daily attendance for all agency workers, including foreign workers and part-timers, with proper documentation of medical leave, annual leave, unpaid leave, and absenteeism. Escalates prolonged absences and unresolved issues to the Administration Manager, and ensures weekly attendance confirmation. Oversees accurate record-keeping for audits, supports departmental activities impacting KPIs, and participates in DC event coordination. Manages incoming stock verification against purchase orders, reporting discrepancies promptly. Ensures compliance with GDPMD under the Medical Device Act 2012 and GDP procedures in line with NPRA guidelines.
Responsibilities
Update daily attendance basis for all Agencies - monitor the attendance for Foreign Woker, Part Timer.
To ensure accurate and timely recording of attendance and working hours for all Agency Workers, including tracking of medical leave (MC), annual leave (AL), unpaid leave (UL) and absenteeism (ABS). The role also involves escalating prolonged absences (more than 2 consecutive days) to the relevant department for follow-up.
To ensure prompt escalation and update to Administration Manager on any unresolved issue or disputes.
Weekly attendance confirmation.
Ensure all Annual Leave and Medical Leave records for agency workers are properly documented and filed. Maintain organized records that are readily accessible for GMP, or any external/internal audits conducted at DC.
Work in collaboration with other Departments in supporting their activities that impact company KPIs.
Actively involved in all events preparation and coordination for DC.
All incoming stock ordered for DC and Online Business is received accurately and in good condition.
Verify delivery against purchase orders and delivery notes. Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the relevant department immediately.
Work in collaboration with other Departments in supporting their activities that impact company KPIs.
Actively involved in all events preparation and coordination for DC.
DPMD: Support routine GDPMD (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) tasks in compliance with MDA (Medical Device Authority) requirements under the Medical Device Act 2012 (Act 737). GDP: Follow GDP (Good Distribution Practice) procedures for handling and storage in accordance with NPRA (National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency) guidelines.
