Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (advantage).
Willing to support overtime during peak operational periods when required.
Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and payment tracking.
Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
Manage office administration duties such as filing, correspondence, and document control.
Coordinate with internal departments on asset management, staff records, and compliance matters.
Support Inventory and operations in staff transitions, clearance, and general office management.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
