QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• SPM/Certificate in Engineering

• Certificate in Engineering

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

•  1 Years working experience in related field

1.OPERATIONS

• Assist Charge Man and Sr. M&E Officer in all aspect.

• Perform routine check on all sanitary ware leakages, cracks and faults.

• Perform troubleshooting when required.

• Attend to complaints.

• Check and replace defective tubes and bulbs.

• Attend to all faults in plumbing, electrical and civil.

• Perform scheduled duties as assigned. Check all lighting in and around the hospital building on regular basis.

• Responsible to ensure that the working area is conductive and safe.

• Ensure that HES inventories is up to date.

• Ensure that the general stocks are up to date (Bins card are properly recorded).

• Ensure that all files are properly filed after use.

• Ensure that all records and correspondences are properly filed.

• Coordinate and cooperate with colleagues in carrying out the assignments.

• To ensure all inter-services task are well communicated and performed together with the spirit of teamwork within the organization and group.

• To perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

2. SPECIAL PROJECT

• Participate actively in any other new service that is introduce by the services.

• Ensure to Participate in all 5S activities.

3. To ensure conformance to all policies and procedures and /or Hospital Accreditation Standards, Guidelines, Relevant Acts, Regulations by-Laws and statutory requirement are adhered to and records maintained, if and when these programs are implemented.

4. Responsible and accountable to carry out all activities directed by the Management.

5. Maintain strict confidentiality of any information encountered during the course of your duty in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
