Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle recruitment, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks independently.
Familiar with Employment Act and HR procedures will be an added advantage.
Good time management and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiar with AI tools and digital office software to improve work efficiency and automation processes.
Able to multitask and complete assignments efficiently.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Able to communicate and write in Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities
Handle recruitment processes, interview arrangements, and onboarding coordination.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain employee records and documentation.
Conduct new employee orientation and company introduction sessions.
Ensure employees comply with company policies and HR procedures.
Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
Plan and organize company events and employee engagement activities.
Assist in daily HR administrative and documentation tasks.
Support management with other HR-related duties and ad hoc assignments.
