Requirements
- ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA, or related professional qualification.
- Minimum 5–7 years of working experience in finance and accounting field.
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and management reporting.
- Familiar with Malaysian tax regulations and e-Invoice requirements.
- Candidates with audit experience will have an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Experience in AutoCount, SQL, or ERP systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare full set accounts and monthly financial reports.
- Prepare financial analysis and management reports.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging, cash flow, and budget performance.
- Review trial balance, accounting entries, and reconciliation processes.
- Manage AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and intercompany transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretaries.
- Perform tax planning activities.
- Monitor inventory reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in improving financial processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Supervise and guide junior finance team members.
