Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, or related field).

1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the BioTech/Pharmaceutical sector.

Proven experience in implementing process improvement initiatives and Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency.

Strong understanding of Quality Control procedures and experience in applying Root Cause Analysis techniques to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.

Familiarity with Project Management methodologies to oversee and execute manufacturing-related projects.

Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software for design and manufacturing process simulation.

Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and improve product quality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced contract role.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements within the BioTech/Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Develop and implement manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality in a biotech/pharmaceutical setting.

Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance production workflows.

Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure product integrity and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Operations, to ensure seamless product scale-up and successful technology transfer.

Manage manufacturing-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor and control manufacturing processes, identifying trends and potential issues before they impact production.

Contribute to the design and validation of manufacturing equipment and processes, potentially utilizing CAD/CAM software for process simulation and layout design.

Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with relevant industry regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company quality policies.
