Requirements
Diploma / Degree in HR Management
At least 2 years related working experience in related field
Experience in monthly payroll processing will be added advantage
Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
Strong numerical skills, organization skills, recruitment skills
Good communication and written in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Must be proficient in Mandarin
Familiar with current Employment Act Malaysia and all employment requirement
Responsibilities
Assisting with day-to-day efficient operation of the human resources
Handle and plan for recruitment
In charge for all onboard and offboard arrangement
Process payroll using Payroll System and ensure timely payroll completion
Maintain and update employee's personal information in employee file and payroll system
Checking overtime claim and allowances, leave record and others related documentation
Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and Income Tax
Handling employees' Socso claims. Preparing related documents for Socso claim & report form to labour department
This job based at Petaling Jaya. Onsite job, no hybrid. Work on certain Saturdays
