Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in an HR support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working days: Monday to Saturday 【Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm (alternate)】
Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Familiar with payroll processing and salary calculation
Knowledgeable in handling EPF, SOCSO, and EIS submissions
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information, changes, and terminations.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documentation and orientation materials.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
Help organize company events and employee engagement activities.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, copying, and data entry.
