Job Description

Requirements

  • Customer service-oriented and able to attract potential customers.

  • Able to work retail hours (shifts, weekends, and public holidays).

  • Working hours: 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM (daily).

  • Candidate must be willing to work at Naelofar, LaLaport.

Responsibilities

  • Work towards achieving the store’s monthly sales targets.

  • Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure the store is fully stocked at all times.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

  • Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.

  • Demonstrate the ability to understand and identify customers’ needs and preferences.

  • Keep up to date with product information.

  • Accurately describe product features and benefits to customers.

  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) processes efficiently.

  • Actively participate in receiving and processing new shipments.

  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
