Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience (experience in renovation/interior industry is an advantage).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word).

  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

  • Responsible, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative operations and office coordination.

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents.

  • Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and customer records.

  • Coordinate with sales team, designers, suppliers, and installers to ensure smooth project flow.

  • Follow up on customer payments and update records accordingly.

  • Monitor office supplies and support procurement activities.

  • Assist management with reports and other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
