Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience (experience in renovation/interior industry is an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word).
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Responsible, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative operations and office coordination.
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and customer records.
Coordinate with sales team, designers, suppliers, and installers to ensure smooth project flow.
Follow up on customer payments and update records accordingly.
Monitor office supplies and support procurement activities.
Assist management with reports and other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
