Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and business partners.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, support, and account management.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.

Business Development

• Identify potential business opportunities and actively approach new clients.

• Promote the company’s products and services to expand the client base.

• Conduct phone calls, meetings, and follow-ups with potential and existing clients.

Account Management

• Manage and monitor client accounts to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

• Follow up on client requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities.

Strategic Negotiation & Collaboration

• Negotiate pricing, service terms, and agreements to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

• Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and support to provide tailored solutions for clients.

Market & Industry Awareness

• Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.

• Provide insights that help improve business strategies and service offerings.

Operations Support

• Stationed at the Safety Deposit Center designated by the Company.

• Attend to customers and merchants visiting the Safety Deposit Box Center.

• Present, test, and securely store gold ordered by customers or merchants.

Reporting & Performance

• Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations when required.

• Track performance and contribute towards achieving sales targets and KPIs.
