Full Time Senior Draughtsperson Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in CGNA Consultancy WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

1.      To coordinate and prepare AutoCAD drawings fit for schematic design, design development, authority submission, tender exercise and construction documentation.

2.      To take instructions from the team leader and effectively translate the information into drawings.

3.      To liaise with local authorities on submission matters and carry out authority submissions at local councils.

1.      Candidates must possess at least a diploma in Architecture or related field.

2.      At least 3-5 years working experience in Architectural Practice especially in Commercial, Mixed Development and Residential projects.

3.      Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (experienced in BIM up to LOD 300 is an added advantage).

4.      Familiar with local UBBL and submission procedures. Able to assist in liaising with local Authorities during submission process.

5.      Assist the team in production of Authority Submission Drawings, Tender Drawings, Construction Drawings and Documentation Works.

6.      To handle drafting works with minimal supervision and able to assist team of Architects to solve/translate complex details into Construction Drawings.

7.      Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
