Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/Finance or related area
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Finance/SSC environment but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
High level of accuracy, numerical ability and attention to detail
Good proficiency in English
A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team
Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge
Responsibilities
Receive, review contracts setup request to ensure supporting evidence is complete
Review contract / project amendment request to ensure supporting evidence is complete
Create contract / project abstract to evidence the revenue recognition & other accounting considerations
Transform the contract / project abstract into either manual input/setup template or PeopleSoft Upload templates
Review & activate contract setup in PeopleSoft aligned with supporting evidence
Manage/ monitor query resolution related to Contract Management
Checking accuracy and completeness of change request forms, including pricing information
Coordinating input from stakeholders, as required
Identifying proper contract documents and template
