• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Photography, Film Production, Creative Media, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in photography, videography, or video editing.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating photography and video production work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
• Familiar with editing short-form videos for TikTok / Reels / social media platforms.
• Good understanding of camera operation, lighting setup, and video production techniques.
• Creative, passionate, and detail-oriented with strong visual storytelling skills.
• Able to manage multiple shooting and editing projects simultaneously.
• Familiar with social media video formats and content creation is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Own transport and must be willing to travel outstation within Malaysia for photography and videography assignments (if required).
• Ability to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin

1.Content Creation

• Capture high-quality visual images and videos for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and social media platforms.
• Conduct studio or on-location shoots depending on project requirements.
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, and composition during shooting sessions.

2.Video & Image Editing

• Perform image and video editing and post-production including color correction, audio editing, and visual effects.
• Edit raw footage into engaging video content suitable for digital platforms.
• Organize and manage digital media files and assets.

3.Creative Execution

• Work closely with the marketing or creative team to execute visual content based on the provided concept or direction.
• Assist in setting up equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio devices during production.

4.Equipment & Production Management

• Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is properly handled, maintained, and stored.

5. Others

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior/Management from time to time.
