Full Time Senior Visual Designer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Connexion Holdings Selangor - Maukerja

Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in various languages is an added advantage

Minimum 4–6 years of design experience, preferably in an agency, in-house creative team, lifestyle, F&B, hospitality, retail, or nightlife environment

Strong portfolio showing branding, campaign, social media, and print design work

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Good understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, colour, and brand consistency

Ability to translate briefs into clear and effective creative output

Experience designing for both digital and print platforms

Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Able to receive feedback professionally and refine work accordingly

Develop creative assets for social media, campaigns, events, menus, presentations, digital ads, and print collaterals 

Create campaign key visuals and adapt them across multiple formats 

Ensure all creative work follows brand guidelines and quality standards 

Work closely with marketing team members to understand briefs, timelines, target audience, and objectives 

Contribute ideas for campaign concepts, content direction, and visual execution 

Review and refine design work to improve quality, clarity, and consistency 

Support junior or mid-level designers through feedback and guidance when needed 

Prepare final artwork for digital and print production 

Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to support ideation, visual exploration, image editing, resizing, and workflow efficiency 

Support photography or content shoots where relevant, including basic photo editing and asset organisation 

Bring creative sensitivity to food, dining, lifestyle, and hospitality-related work 

Manage multiple design tasks while meeting agreed deadlines 

Communicate openly when briefs are unclear, timelines are at risk, or priorities need to be aligned 

Take ownership of assigned work from brief to final delivery 

Continuously look for ways to improve creative quality, workflow, and team efficiency
