Job Requirements

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent qualification

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Associate level positions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude

Job Responsibilities

• Provide timely support and assistance to customers through live chat and other communication channels

• Handle shipment bookings, customer inquiries, and provide accurate quotations

• Assist customers with shipment tracking and provide real-time updates

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and empathetically to ensure excellent service recovery

• Take ownership of customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution

• Manage customer cases and service requests while maintaining accurate documentation

• Proactively identify potential service issues and take preventive actions to enhance customer experience

• Ensure all customer interactions are handled efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with company standards
