Contract Telesales Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 + commission in Tek Success Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM qualification.

1-2 years of proven telesales experience, preferably within the telecommunication or internet services industry.

Demonstrated success in cold calling, upselling and closing.

Proficiency in upselling and cross-selling products/services to meet customer needs.

Strong understanding and application of closing techniques to secure sales.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Must be able to work onsite at Bandar Puteri Puchong, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Ma

Proactively engage potential customers via telephone (all leads will be provided) to introduce and promote internet services, identifying their needs and pain points.

Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our internet service packages, tailoring the message to individual customer requirements.

Generate qualified leads by asking probing questions, understanding customer needs, and determining their suitability for our offerings.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by successfully upselling and cross-selling additional services and upgrades to new and existing customers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes.

Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally, providing timely and accurate information to build trust and confidence.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and company product updates to maintain a competitive edge in sales pitches.
