Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Degree in related field
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to handle paperwork and administrative tasks efficiently
Basic knowledge in property industry will be an added advantage
Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities
Assist in handling property-related documentation and administrative matters
Follow up with clients, property agents, lawyers, and bankers regarding property matters
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and site visits
Assist in preparing reports, agreements, and related paperwork
Handle basic loan and property documentation follow-up
Manage the director’s schedule and daily administrative tasks
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
