Tanggungjawab
1. Maintain and update client listings.
2. Manage client acceptance and onboarding processes.
3. Prepare, submit, and follow up on bank confirmation requests.
4. Handle account printing, attestation, despatch and courier arrangements.
5. Assist in preparing and submitting documents to statutory bodies.
6. Ad-hoc administrative Support.
7. Manage office supplies procurement and inventory.
8. Handle corporate correspondences, filing, and document archiving.
9. Office support of other teams, including scheduling and communication work with internal and external parties.
10. Timely preparation of billins and follow up of collections
