Requirements
Diploma or above
Minimum 3 years of sales management experience (building materials / renovation industry preferred)
Proven experience in managing and driving sales team performance
Strong communication, coordination, and client relationship management skills
Able to multitask and solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Sales Operations Management
Oversee sales planning, market expansion, and customer development for renovation and building materials products
Develop sales strategies and targets to drive team performance and achieve business goals
Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and project progress to improve conversion rates
Showroom & Customer Management
Maintain showroom image, product displays, and customer service standards
Enhance customer experience and improve walk-in conversion rates
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including designers, contractors, and project-based customers
Sales Team Management
Lead, manage, and develop the sales team through training and performance evaluation
Improve product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service standards within the team
Monitor sales processes and customer follow-up efficiency
External Business Coordination
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external business partners
Assist in handling project coordination, contracts, and after-sales matters
Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining the company’s brand image
