Requirements

• Minimum Certificate/ Vocational / Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant field.

• Minimum 2 years' work experience is preferred

• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is pre-requisite

• Understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to grammar and accuracy.

• Good writing skills, interview skills and familiar with content planning

• Good communication, interpretation, and observation skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.

• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation

• Experience producing copy for print and digital media channels

• Creativity, adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team

• Ability to work independently with effective time management.

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer with good skills in Content Creator, videography etc.

• Must have own transport

• Work Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

• Full time & Onsite position ONLY (NO Remote, NO Freelance)

Responsibilities:

1. To organize and ensure the smooth implementation of all ONLINE & OFFLINE marketing, advertising, events, product launch and promotion campaigns.

2. Co-operate with in-house Digital team for company social media channels for marketing promotion on daily basis by sourcing and sharing daily contents that builds meaningful connections and encourages target customers to take actions.

3. To provide onsite retail and event support and other related assignments.

4. To attend events to facilitate operations and responds to emergencies, problems, ensures all aspects of events are implemented and controlled according to plan.

5. To arrange product training; allocate/hire promoters, potential events sourcing and booking.

6. To allocate and distribute A&P materials to branches, retail outlets and resellers.

7. To liaise with in-house designer and vendor, and develop marketing collaterals (brochures, leaflets, posters and etc).

8. To work closely and support others team such as retail outlets, operation, accounts, warehouse and other departments in the administration of daily marketing tasks and duties smoothly and efficiently.

9. Shoot and edit photos and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) for brand storytelling and promotions.

1. Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere/CapCut).
