Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales executive role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, enabling clear and persuasive interactions with a diverse clientele.
  • Ability to conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive landscapes.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales leads.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Petaling Jaya and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share within the food and beverage sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive market research, lead generation, and networking within the Malaysian market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Flint Foods' offerings.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials, aligning with brand strategy.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and forecast sales performance accurately.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management and strategic account planning.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence to senior management.
