Full Time Quality Control Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in Exalpack (M) Selangor - Maukerja

• Female candidates preferred

• SPM/ Diploma or previous working experience in similar industry.

• 1 year experience QA/QC or operation lab testing on product.

• Can work individual and team with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in both Malay and English.

• Good interpersonal and able to work independently.

• Evaluating the company’s product specifications and examining them with customer requirements

• Ensure product compliance with organization’s standards.

• Understanding, evaluating and executing the test and procedures properly and investigating the product modifications.

• Directing workers engaged in testing and measuring products, tabulating the data relating product quality, materials.

• Supervising technical team and team lead in carrying out checks and tests.

• Monitoring performance by collecting relevant information

• Prepare check list, production Area Control Sheet 1 & 2 for daily overall production.

• Hourly check the tubes in Press, Annealing oven, coating, capping, latex & packing area.

• Supervise and monitoring team lead to paste the correct Finish Goods label or outer label, sticker in the box & pallet.

• Conduct internal calibration & maintain the records

• Make sure the finished goods sent to customer were with better quality & correct quantity as per customer requested.

• Do overtime & shift arrangement for workers.

AUTHORITY:

·         Set the quality standards for the Quality control group.

·         To make decisions and act required to satisfy the responsibility of this position.

·         Able to stop the machine when there is quality issue of product.
