Understand their needs, preferences, and budget for a new or used vehicle.

Introduce and explain the features, benefits, and specifications of various car models, tailoring the information to customer inquiries.

Conduct test drives for customers, demonstrating vehicle handling and performance in a safe and professional manner.

Addressing any concerns that customers may have.

Provide information on financing options, warranty details, and after-sales services to aid in the customer's decision-making process.

Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring vehicles are well-presented and appealing.

Follow up with potential customers after their visit to the dealership, nurturing leads and encouraging a purchase decision.
