Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably within F&B, cafés and coffee industry
Minimum education: Degree and above
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and business partners.
Possess own transport and willingness to visit clients regularly (common requirement for sales roles).
Good client relationship management and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of e-commerce sales strategies, digital sales channels, and market analysis in the Malaysian market.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of specialty coffee, including brewing methods and tasting notes.

Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and potential wholesale clients such as cafés, restaurants, hotels, and retailers.
Support the development of e-commerce sales channels and online business opportunities within the Malaysian market.
Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts on time.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic sales growth.
