Degree in e-commerce / Information Technology / Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent discipline.

Strong analytical and solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.

Minimum three (3) years of working experience in e-commerce field or online business. Candidate with live host experience is added advantage.

Able to perform multi-tasks and paying attention to details.

Proficiencies in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with different stakeholders.

Conduct interactive live streams on various e-commerce platform to showcase products and actively respond to live comments and inquiries in real-time.

Assist in managing online sales and marketing activities for various e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok, etc.).

Proficient in using Spread Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor product price changes, product sales, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Process all online orders.

Manage existing platforms – listings, managing sales through campaigns, content optimization, and third-party engagement.

Maintain conversations with customers – sales inquiries, after-sales service through all channels (live chat, email, social platforms).

Ensure product listing information is consistent across all online e-commerce stores.

Collaborate with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across e-commerce platforms.

Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize, and successfully meet several simultaneous deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Provide analysis and reports on campaign performance on a monthly basis.
