1–2 years of experience in retail (experience in toy, baby product, or gift shops is a plus).

Friendly, energetic, and loves working around children.

Good communication skills.

Able to work retail hours, including weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate staff; assist with shift scheduling.

Customer Service: Ensure friendly, patient service for parents and children; maintain a safe and fun toy-testing area.

Visual Merchandising: Set up attractive toy displays, especially during school holidays and festive seasons.

Stock Management: Handle stock count, replenishments, and keep inventory accurate.

Cashier & Sales: Manage daily openings/closings, handle cash registers, and drive sales targets.
