Perform routine preventive maintenance on all homestay facilities and equipment, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and appliances, to ensure optimal functionality and prevent breakdowns.

Diagnose and repair electrical issues, such as faulty wiring, lighting problems, and power outages, following safety protocols and using appropriate tools and techniques.

Conduct plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining water supply systems to prevent water damage and ensure consistent service.

Assist with the maintenance and repair of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, ensuring comfortable living conditions for residents and efficient energy usage.

Troubleshoot and resolve general building maintenance issues, including minor carpentry, painting, and structural repairs, to maintain the aesthetic appeal and safety of the homestay properties.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management, prioritizing urgent repairs and communicating effectively about the status of work.

Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring they are properly stored and readily available for use.

Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and building codes during the execution of maintenance tasks.

Collaborate with other maintenance staff and external contractors when necessary to complete complex repairs or projects.

Document all maintenance activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and time spent, for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
